Valuations
Marshalls undertake residential valuation instructions for mortgage lending, Inheritance tax (for the purposes of obtaining probate), shared ownership, Housing Association, Charities Act, matrimonial  and other purposes.  We can also advise on lease extension and enfranchisement valuations.

Valuations are carried out in accordance with the RICS Valuation Standards - Global and UK.  Where the particular purposes of the valuation require a different approach this will be stated in the report.
